UK - STANDARD DELIVERY

 

Standard Delivery is FREE for all UK orders

Your purchase will be shipped tracked with Royal Mail and delivered within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

 

 

UK - PREMIUM DELIVERY

 

Premium Home Delivery - £7.50

 

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders will be fully tracked and delivered 1-2 business days after despatching.

 

Orders placed after this cut off time will be despatched the following working day and therefore delivered within an additional business day.

DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

We are currently unable to ship to countries outside the UK. Bear with us, as we would love to see people all over the world with PARASOMETHING's products - we are working on making this happen!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track your shipment. If you don’t receive any shipping confirmation, please contact us through the contact form.

 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you have any issues related to what you purchased, please contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to resolve the problem in the shortest time possible.

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if you do need to make a return you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt of your order.

A refund will be issued to the same card you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reaches us.
We ask that items are returned clean, unused and with all their tags still on.

 

Please note that the cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as customer. 

How to make a return: 

• Contact us first with your order number and reason for return through the contact form

• Await a response with return instructions

• Then ship the order back to us (keep a receipt of postage)

• Your return will be handled within 3 working days, once received.

• We process your refund back to the card or PayPal account used for payment
