We make every effort to ensure that the products we offer on our website are accurately described. However, product availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT for UK orders. Prices for international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

4. Shipping

 

UK Orders:

Standard Delivery: Free for all UK orders. Expected delivery time is 3-5 working days.

 

Premium Delivery: £7.50 for next-day delivery, with orders placed before 11am despatched the same day.

 

International Orders:

We are currently only able to ship to England, Wales and Scotland.

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or festive periods. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

 

5. Undeliverable and Refused Packages

We are not responsible for undeliverable or refused packages due to incorrect or invalid shipping addresses. In such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for the package and any associated fees.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be clean, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return.

 

7. Liability

Parasomething is not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss to the goods after they have been delivered.
